The player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their k1apk username and password. k1apk strongly recommends enabling two-step verification (2SV) on your account, which is available in account security settings. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members. Any activity conducted through your k1apk account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified k1apk of unauthorised access.

Players may request the closure of their k1apk account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within 72 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to the player's verified payment method, subject to all standard KYC and withdrawal verification requirements. All k1apk accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of deposit. k1apk does not guarantee favourable exchange rates and is not responsible for currency conversion losses.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, or to any verified payment method on the account. Withdrawals cannot be made to payment methods not registered to the account holder's verified identity. k1apk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Before processing the first withdrawal from any k1apk account, the player must complete KYC verification. Required documents are:
